Famous architect, Dame Zaha Hadid, DBE passed suddenly on March 31, 2016 due to a heart attack while being treated for bronchitis at a Miami hospital. Collapsed Taiwan Apartment Building

Foam and cooking oil cans as fillers inside concrete beams of a 17-story apartment building has liability written all over it. This misconduct was discovered after a building collapsed in South Taiwan on February 6 due to an earthquake.
